VIDEO: Aliona Confirms She Is Quitting Strictly

Aliona has confirmed she is quitting Strictly Come Dancing.

It comes days after she and Jay McGuiness were crowned this year's champions.

The dancer tweeted that series 13 was going to be her last.

She posted: "Going into this Strictly Come Dancing Series13, I decided that no matter what would happen, it will be my last one."

She is the only professional dancer to have won the glitterball trophy twice.

Popstar Jay has rubbished rumours of a romance with his professional dance partner.

It comes after pictures emerged of the Strictly winners wandering down a road holding hands.

The Wanted star says he will treasure their friendship forever.
