Lonely Dog Left On Bus Is Reunited With Owner

Boston the Staffordshire Bull Terrier went viral last week when he was left on a London bus alone.

A photo of the lonely pup was posted on social media looking sad on the back seat with a bowl of water and food left by the bus driver.

The photo of the dog was shared on Facebook in an appeal to get the lost pup home. Ricky James said “Someone has left a dog on a bus, he’s scared. If anyone knows anything let me know. Also please share this so hopefully we can get him home.”

The post received more than 100,000 shares, which resulted in a happy ending with Boston’s owners recognising him and running to the rescue.

Owner Paulina explained that her dog, Boston has disappeared while on a walk.

Paulina contacted the vet and Newham Council to notify them that her dog was missing but it was the image that saved the day.

Boston has been “safely settling at home again” after being reunited with his family...
