VIDEO: The Friendly Grizzly Bear Who Likes To Be Tickled

Published at 11:50am 24th May 2016.

A viral video shows a friendly grizzly bear in the middle of a tickle fight.

Naturalist Casey Anderson is seen teaching Bella the orphaned bear about space and boundaries. He founded Montana Grizzly Encounter sanctuary and the bear was rescued from Alaska.

Most people wouldn’t think twice about coming close to a grizzly but this guy seems to know his stuff.

He says: “If I can make the bear believe that I will never give them space and take away the space from them they think wow this guy is pretty big and tough.”

Throughout the clip, Casey and Bella are seen playing around and at one point he even picks her up and swings her around like a teddy bear.

The video was posted by Go Pro on Friday to YouTube where it's already gained nearly 1.5 million views.

Watch Bella have her paws tickled below.

It’s not only this video gaining viewers' attention. Another video shows Casey and his unique relationship with a grizzly bear named Brutus.

He wants to raise awareness and educate people about the importance of sharing a habitat together.
