PHOTOS: The New Social Media Craze: Beards From Below

A hilarious new selfie trend has taken the online world by storm.

Bearded men are photographing themselves from below, showing a surprising image of a faceless snap.

The hashtag #BeardsFromBelow follows the craze, where people can follow new posts of the selfie.

More than 126 photos have been shared on the image sharing site Instagram and the comments that follow are brilliant.

One user said: “I had to double take! I thought you guys were doing Beaker from The Muppets.”

Another said: “It took me about a minute to figure out what the hell I was looking at…”

While someone else writes: “I’m scared.”
