Nailing NHS donations

Chrissie Pearce, owner of Chrissie Pearce nail studio, is suffering like many other business owners from current closures. While at home her husband Jay posted to social media and a great fundraiser was born.

After many comments of people pushing for this to take place, it was decided that it should be turned into a fundraiser.

Chrissie said ‘Jay is going to let me do his nails , whilst it may be fun for you to watch id love it if you could spare a £1 or as much as you can to donate to our ambulance service'.

Jay told Pirate FM “To be honest I’m quite shocked how many people have wanted this to go ahead , but as its for a good cause I’m totally game for it and anything else to raise some funds for our amazing NHS . I am just glad to be helping in any way possible “

Jay sat down to a Facebook live video and received a full set of acrylic nails, with very envious viewers, complete with a special NHS design.

Chrissie told Pirate FM 'It was so funny watching him and trying to use his phone. I managed to get him to keep them on for about 40 minutes'.
