Duane AJ creates a song of support for NHS

Duane Johns from Camborne (aka Duane AJ) has put together a song showing support our NHS.

Duane himself has appeared on the X Factor in 2018, Britain's Got Talent and was an American Idol experience winner.

Before lockdown, Duane was due to tour the UK in holiday parks, pubs and clubs to entertain locals with his musical voice, but, instead has turned to the magic of online technology and collaborated with singers around the world.

Together, the group of professional and amateur singers have produced a version of Michael Jackson's ‘Heal the World’ called 'Heal the World, stay in your place'.

As well as touring venues, by day Duane entertains residents of Care Homes. They've also contributed to the song by singing along and waving signs of thanks.

'At this time where many voices are unheard, we have brought you a collaboration of singers in various different countries to show solidarity, togetherness and support for the incredible work that our key workers around the globe are to doing.

Ten people have taken part in this choir, including some of the residents that I usually sing for‘.
