The Isolation Idol final is here

Published at 1:15pm 27th May 2020.

Cornwall Pride's Isolation Idol is back and this time, it's the final!

But, which of the four finalists will lift the crown?

After many sensational performances in the preliminary rounds, Ciaran Rutherfurd, Charlie Louise, Perrin Hooper and, wild card, Eilidh Armstrong will be battling it out for the top spot.

The final begins at 8pm on Wednesday the 27th of May, over on the Isolation Idol Facebook page, where you'll be able to vote for your winner.

The winner will receive a huge prize, which includes:

❤ An 8 hour recording session in The Famous Company's London recording studio,
❤ Headline promotion for Cornwall Pride events,
❤ Become Cornwall Pride's Performance Ambassador for the entire country - which will mean many more live performances.

Cornwall Pride has confirmed that the Isolation Idol winners video will be put forward to be entered into Global Pride 2020 for consideration.

You can catch up with the last round of heats, here:

"Isolation Idol is a simple idea to bring everyone's isolation performances together and get them recognised," said Cornwall Pride chair Matthew Kenworthy Gomes, who is also a judge.

"Also, this is so everyone else isolating can interact and engage with the content. We have a great bunch of public judges to support the decisions of everyone else.

"Right now, connecting in every way possible is the most important thing to do. Pride is exactly about that, it's about connecting with everyone to show everyone can #LoveWhoYouWantToLove & #BeWhoYouWantToBe."
