Cornwall teacher accepts Tik Tok dare from students

A Cornish teacher who tried to inspire his students has found himself having to copy an internet video craze.

Pool Academy’s Head of Year 7, Ali Durant, said he would film himself doing a Tik Tok dance called Renegade - if he received 50 outstanding pieces of work by the end of the week.

And, of course, they delivered.

Pool Academy has now shared the video of Mr Durant on its Facebook page.

Wearing a grey hoodie and pulled-up white socks, he not only attempts the dance, but absolutely smashes it!

Principal Miss Meakin said: “This is a wonderfully imaginative way to help students stay engaged with their learning."
