These days of lockdown can make it harder for us all to get as much exercise as we should.

So Pirate has teamed up with Cornwall's Joanna Marcinekova to put together a workout video that takes us through some movements for all ages.

Joanna has 15 years experience of working in the health and fitness profession and NHS as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer.
