Children at a Cornish school have been told to ‘forget your troubles and dance’.

The team at Trewirgie Junior School were thinking of ways to keep in touch with their community of over 400 students they haven't seen in a while.

So they decided to put together a video prompted by Strictly Come Dancing stars sharing tutorials.

It was part of the Keep Dancing Challenge on the One Show and the BBC's Big Night In.

So the end result  features both staff and children dancing to Dua Lipa's Physical - and even includes a teacher doing the routine with pigs in a field.

You can watch the video over at the school's Facebook page here
