Lockdown can be hard for grown-ups - but a group of Cornish Star Wars fans have been encouraging youngsters to stay positive.

Force For Charity are a professional Star Wars costume fundraising group, which helps to raise money, awareness and smiles across Devon and Cornwall.

They've donned their costumes and make-up to broadcast a message from the far corners of the galaxy to kids in Cornwall.

"We know there's some uncertainty in the galaxy right now, so show this video to your younglings to keep them motivated," said the group on its Facebook page.

Characters such as Yoda, Rey and Kylo Ren come together in the video with the message:

"Things in the galaxy may feel strange and uncertain at the moment,

"But we're very proud of you and everything you're doing.

"Be kind to others, listen to grown ups wash your hands, and stay safe."
