Every day we will be bringing you our Cornish musical recommendations that you can check out for a bit of lockdown listening.

Then each weekend we'll upload our playlist compilation featuring the best of the week.

As well as being featured on Pirate's social media and here on our Superblog, the bands will also get snippets of their songs played on air.

To feature, send us an email with a bio, a picture and links to your social media pages to ellie.hodgkinson@piratefm.co.uk

Shameless are an energetic, indie rock-covers band, playing all over Cornwall who love nothing more then making the people who see them, go home happy........

When the band first started to rehearse 12 years ago, while getting the sets together, band member Leon would always leave at 9.30 to get home for 10 to watch Shameless on channel 4, leading to the band being named.

Shameless are a hard working band and played gigs all over. In the 12 years they've been together, they've done a number of Christmas party nights at the Falmouth hotel, with 2 years at the Carnmarth hotel in Newquay and Christmas 2020 they'll be at the sands hotel Newquay. The band have also played at the Cardiff city stadium at the last game of the season in 2018 and 2019 and headlined the VW Fest at Stithians show ground.

Before the lock down we managed to record all around the world for the Kernow FA who were due to play in the club World Cup in north Macedonia in June.
