Pirate Presents: The Strutts

Published at 7:05am 23rd April 2020.

Every day we will be bringing you our Cornish musical recommendations that you can check out for a bit of lockdown listening.

Then each weekend we'll upload our playlist compilation featuring the best of the week.

As well as being featured on Pirate's social media and here on our Superblog, the bands will also get snippets of their songs played on air.

To feature, send us an email with a bio, a picture and links to your social media pages to ellie.hodgkinson@piratefm.co.uk

Well known as the party band in Cornwall, The Strutts are a group of fun-loving, energetic musicians who just wanna see you get up and shake your thang!

Whatever the occasion, this funky five-piece will add the disco to your dance floor, the shimmy to your shindig, and the pop to your party; and with songs from these artists (to name just a few), what’s not to love?!

The Strutts are a dance-tastic pop covers band that can usually be seen spreading our boogie magic across the county.

A big hello to all our lovely brides and grooms, especially those we were due to play their weddings over this period. We look forward to partying extra hard with you soon. We hope our selection of popular Strutts tunes brings a little bit of joy to everyone staying safe at home. Stop what you’re doing, clear the living room floor and dance like you mean it! Much love. The Strutts (aka Lucy, Fraser, Kev, Tom and Damian)
