Any BODY Can launch lockdown challenge

Any BODY Can is a sports inclusivity campaign, looking at breaking the stigma around stereotypical body types in sports.

Set up by Jade Colton, the platform promotes getting people into sports, based on the ethos that 'Any BODY Can' do something – no matter their shape, size or ability.

Originally, the campaign was set up to encourage people to get into sport and use it as a tool to help reach their goals. The focus was based around giving people the confidence to be able to get themselves out there and make the most of their capabilities.

However, as it's currently difficult to try something new, join a team or practise a new skill,  Any BODY Can has launched a challenge to keep people active whilst confined within lockdown.

Using the #anybodycanathome hashtag, they've asked people to film their training, or show how they've adapted their exercise whilst conforming to the government guidelines.

They're encouraging people to be as creative as possible, and have some fun, whilst getting active.

Once you've shared your new exercise routine, you're encouraged to tag the campaign and nominate friends to get creative too.

If you would like to get involved, or have a look at what people are getting up to so far, check our the Any BODY Can Instagram or Facebook page.
