The owner of Fig Cafe in Truro, is looking to create a food hall in the Lemon Street Market - and you could be part of it.

Locally renowned for owning and running the very busy and successful Fig Cafe, business owner, Kim, is trying to help other businesses prosper after lockdown.

Kim told us, "The pandemic has affected many business' and Fig is no exception to this, so we are looking at how we do things differently in the future."

Kim is aiming to create a food hall with six other independent food and drink businesses.

She's hoping this opportunity can be used as a spring board for local, budding business ideas that haven’t got permanent premises to trade from.

The only stipulation is that each vendor is selling food which is different to what's offered in the Fig Cafe.

With the Lemon Street Market open six days a week, there are four 4x4m pods available at £17 a day, and one 6x4m pod, for £21 per day.

Kim is asking for businesses to pay one month in advance and provide one months notice.
