The East coast of America was hit with storm Jonas and continues to cause problems, with reports of it affecting 85 million people.

The storm however hasn't stopped people from having fun in the snow. Snow diving seems to be the new trend, with uncountable videos being shared around the world.

The blizzard and hurricane winds brought the East coast to a standstill with 3ft of snow. Tens of thousands of travellers were stranded as cities such as New York City and Washington came to halt. This led to a number of incidents including reports of 29 people dead.

Although the storm has passed, authorities have asked people to stay off the streets as crews plough impassable roads.

The weather is now heading towards Cornwall, with up to 6cm of rain and 60mph winds when it arrives on Tuesday and into Wednesday.

Many videos have been circling social media, with people diving into the snow in just their swimming costumes.

The snow diving trend has taking over social media over the last few days, with many people diving into blankets of snow and disappearing beneath the surface. Others simply belly flop on the snow, and people love watching the shivering show.

Take a look below of some of the best snow dives caught on camera.
