Soak up the relaxing atmosphere with your friends over a plate of Caribbean Golden Mussels with white wine, chilli ginger and coconut milk, or how about Porky Dubbah Dub - a homemade 8 hour slow roasted pulled pork shoulder taco with smashed avocado guacamole, fresh tomato, spiced salsa and sour cream.
